Local Shipping (Kuwait)

We offer fast and convenient shipping options for local orders within Kuwait. Please refer to the table below for details:

Notes:

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a direct tracking link via Whatsapp, allowing you to monitor your order status in real-time and contact the delivery driver if needed.
If a return is requested for an order that initially qualified for free shipping (above 30 KWD), and the final order value drops below 30 KWD after the return, a 1.5 KWD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

For our international customers, we ship orders using trusted carriers such as FEDEX and UPS. Please see the table below for details:

A unique tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the shipment is received by our partnered courier services.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on the courier's website (FEDEX or UPS) using this number.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country or region. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.
