We want you to be completely satisfied with your MAYOO MENA order. We offer a product exchange/return within 14 days of purchase for all orders.
How to Request a Return/Exchange?
- Visit our Refund/Exchange Portal
- Enter your order number and the email/phone number used when placing the order.
- Follow the instructions provided on the portal to complete your request.

- Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and contact you for further assistance.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 1-2 business days before processing the refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed directly to your bank account within 7 days upon receipt of the product.
- If the payment was made via Visa/Mastercard, the refund process may take up to 10 days depending on the bank’s processing time.
Return Fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our side.
- For international orders, return shipping fees vary depending on the region and are calculated by the courier based on package size and weight. These fees will be communicated to you before completing the return process.
Exchange Fees
- Exchanges are free for local orders within Kuwait and the shipping cost of the replacement item is covered by us.
- For international orders, an exchange fee may apply since items are shipped using third-party courier services. These fees are charged directly by the courier service and will be communicated to you before processing the exchange.

Our return and exchange policy applies solely to products purchased directly from our website.

Products purchased on sale or during discount promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
✖ Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition (including unwashed items or items without tags) are not eligible for a return or exchange.
What Happens Next?
- Once your return or exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped based on our standard delivery timeframe, which is typically the next day after approval.
- International exchanges will follow the same shipping timeframe as new orders (3-7 days, depending on the region).
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose to receive a refund or select another product of equal value.
